btw Talking about upper management.
Don't you find it strange that all of us are admirals on this ship.
Normally they would send some ensign or midshipmen with us so we could fool around with em.
But where all send for a short three month vacation to Remembrance.
Almost like they are suspecting one or more of us on something.
Maybe this pirate thing is real.

Well, now, almost everyone's taken their chance to speak now. YIIMM, Larky, Deltaflyer, Timbo... Am I missing anyone that hasn't taken their turn to speak yet?
I'd like to interject in what is surely a heated discussion to call suspicion to GothThug's claim of his "job" being to "ask questions"... It seems a subtle hint to tell us his role is that of an Intelligence Officer...
But that seems a bit odd to me. Why would an Intelligence Officer call suspicion to himself, or otherwise risk demise at the hands of a potential killer without first having given himself some time to investigate? At best, this could have been mad foolishness on his part: At worst, a ruse to attempt to deceive us into thinking he is, indeed, the Intelligence Officer.
Though I was intent on leaving it to everyone to speak first, I must note that I find this behaviour highly suspicious, although I would advise us not to commence lynching on merely grounds of this alone. After all, with four left to speak, there is plenty of room left for suspicion and accusation.

A point I previously commented on and wholeheartedly agree with. If this GT fellow is a pirate... well, to be honest, to explain it clearly makes even my cranium sore.
I'll instead do what I'm good at and make a logic tree.
GT is a pirate:
-GT is a daft pirate:
--GT thinks his ruse as an intel officer fools us as an intelligence officer.
-GT is a clever pirate:
--GT knows we'll reach this conundrum over how much he exposed himself, giving himself time to further destabilize this situation.
GT is an intelligence officer:
-GT is a foolish intel officer.
-GT is a clever intel officer:
--GT is creating this conundrum to make any other potential pirates think he is one of them.
Discuss.

I agree that goththug is totally the pirate.
The reasons for my speech slipups is because I had goththug in my head - who is totally the pirate.
Sard's logic tree just helps exemplify my already outstanding logic.

Mr Rob, Doda, Thug... I advise you rescind your votes lest we make an irreversible decision. At present, there are five people that have yet to speak: I completely overlooked Smartin in my previous assessment of available players who had yet to speak up.
There is plenty of time remaining to suspect others: I feel that commencing a "lynch train" as they call it so early into the day is positively foolish.
