I was installing darkspace beta on my flash drive (long story) and I had to take it out to leave so I hit "Delete" on the currently installing darkspace files

GCQL locked up and as I was right clicking and hitting " X Close alt+F4" and the "ARE YOU REALLY SHURE DUDE?" window came up, GCQL righted itself (Although the task bar is still saying "DarkSpace - GCQL (Not Responding)"...

edit:

Cannons can still fire on arcs they shouldn't

E-jumped through earth and died. Got an "Error: Exception has occured!" with a Abort, Retry, Ignore

A lot of k'luth ships still spawn with AME instead of PSI engines. Dunno if they are all meant for PSI engines or not.

It's too hard to see the diamonds on planets on the sunny side of planets. A bug? Not really.

When in orbit, if you Ejump into a planet. it will bring a window Error up

Hi When GCQLbeta was open for an hour or so the log in window popped up and when i press log in it closes and pops up again it does this in a repeting loop

I have a handful of bugs.


1. The red trails on both Psi and Shredders missiles are very faded compared to the current tails.


2. About half the time for myself, whenever I log into beta and put my cursor near the bottom of the screen to scrap buildings or pause them or even choose a ship at an SY or Jump Gate. I found if it is near the bottom left part, you can actually open the start bar. Still working on a decent screen shot.


3. I was watching a dread fly around, and it was tilted on its axis.

i can confirm this however it happened to me only if i ALT+TAB to desktop or if something like a popup switches me to it
edit: note: this has never happened in release only in beta when i run my map and play on it i am always switching screens to map editor to refine stuff

now for my bugs.....

1. bombs target is way off (see screenie) also bombs (nuets) have no damage effect (pop and inf are still kicking) AT ALL (no good screenie for this)



2. planets (thetis 1 2 3 and probly more) are moving way to fast (Obviously not a bug duh but a problem) this may not be a bug however SY on thetis one and when i spawn INSTANTLY and i mean instantly i got destroyed THREE TIMES this happened the first time i got an error and everything crashed I have no real good screenies of this but i do have one for movement of the planet(s) in question



ok last but not really last shield replacement i cannot replace shields with active and i cannot replace aux power gen with aux shields there are resources and tech enough for this change (yes metals are on planet i orbit) i was able to change other things (mirvs to nuets gauss to railguns ect.) but not shields i have a semi-okay screenie for this one

You have to turn off the power gen, or shields to replace them

just like engines.

2, not a really a bug

3, device must be disabled or inactive, cant swap devices that are in use. also make sure there enough tech, enough resources and that theres resources of the needed type available. not a bug.



psi/shredder missile trails are more visible, slowed speed of thetis cluter

My screen showed zero % hull, but according to feralwulf it said 11%

I was wondering why I wasn't dying......my display was wrong.
