Hmm. Checking the ship database, I see that ICC already has 4 cruiser models... That's a hell lot more than the other factions. And they're nice models too.
Maybe I shouldn't try to suggest more. Concentrate on other classes or factions.

True -- but there are still more than 4 cruiser variants, so having another model isn't necessarily a bad thing.
Not that its bad to work elsewhere... cruisers are probably the most diverse hull type at the moment (which is good in my opinion, since I prefer dessies and crusiers), at least among the ICC.

i like them ... enriching the design side of ship pool is good thing
also note that noone said the other factions will not get more designs in future ...

No, not UGTO influenced at all.
I would say that the front half is reminiscent of a submarine's hull, and also influenced by certain anime elements.
