quit whining. stations used to cost 2k press loss on death. and back then they where no where near as useful as they are now.

Development Log
- Due to popular request, death cost has been doubled for all ships across the board (except ships that have no resource cost).
And as stated above, in the past a dread was about 800 prestige a station close to 2000. the prestige gain has been increased in previous patches, the prestige loss has been bound to be affected some point in the future. and that is exactly what happened.
Go with the flow,

Well if you loose more than just fly the dang ships better.

Also, I do believe (and someone correct me if I'm wrong) but prestige loss is affected by your rank, so you lose slightly more at a higher rank than a lower one. This is probably the cause of your problem.

2 x 250 = 500.
I was the member of the development team that made the change. I want to reassure you that this change was not taken lightly. Prestige loss on ships, as mentioned above, was very high in the past (too high). When it was lowered, it was lowered too much in the other direction. I believe this change puts it back where it should be or thereabouts.

Remind me to double-check other people's maths before responding.

250 x 2 = 500
plus .... What r u doing in someone's backyard in a giant, immobile target?
Next time use a dread or cruiser instead.
And station death loss needs to be tripled

i could have sworn station death was 400 when i first got one....?
and your press loss should not be the same as for dreads as it is for stations....

if The Press Lost Keep Getting Up, We Dont Gonna Need Much Time To See A Ensing Steveyk xD!, And Also I Think The Same As Borgie, The People Usually Don`t Care Abbout Press Losse And Just Jump And Smash The Space Bar, I Hope Now We Start To Play Smart ^^!
