Yes, nice threads you makeing here =)

But I still know the whole truth, but it would be less funny if I would tell it now

Also something interesting that I'd like to point out... since PB switched I have not seen kluth capture any UGTO planets. Hmm is there some sort of UGTO/Kluth alliance brewing here or was PB the only clan that capped anything for the lobsters? Questions, questions...

Well, I have thoroughly enjoyed the Switch!

Let me tell you!

Tons of Ugto = Tons of ICC. Throw a few friendly Kluth in + a whole bunch more that are not (fun trying to figure out who is who in mid-battle) and... MERCY! what a battle!

Last two nights have been non-stop mayhem in the MV. Last night was Indy, what a blast! Tonight was even better in CD and Cygnus.

Nothing like having 15 to 20 vs. 15 to 20 + the Kluth.

Best time I've had in months!

Keep it up.

Yes it has been fun the past few days. I cannot remember the last time I ditched work to play this game for 10 or so hours straight. I have just signed up for another six months because of it.

I just wish I could catch your tranny Jux, I would really like it to meet my EAD.

I had this post dissing PB and GTN, but it got out of hand. Instead I'll just say I don't really care WHERE PB is. But with them on Ugto, it evens out the factions a lot better and that is good for the MV gameplay.

Although, It still really doesn't make a diff to me. Laterz

Don't worry guys, seems like PB went back to kluth already. What was that, 1 week? 2? Hopefully the answer for changing back will come soon, in the meantime I'll have to speculate:

1) They couldn't stand being in real ships, having to use real tactics, and still lose ground (Even though both ICC and UGTO territory have been swapping hands a lot lately).

2) They decided that the k'luth needed help, now that the lobsters had about 5 active players, and switched to the faction that needed it.

3) They wanted to put an end to all the whining about flux.

4) They got tired of kluth ships, took a vacation and familiarized themselves with UGTO's weaponry, then went back. 44 Person scouting report.

There's a dozen more reasons I can think of. Hopefully UGTO will still play, they are fun to fight against.

Alrighty, Jack, here's the way it is. UGTO's new might and activity wasn't all PB. In fact, and I say this realistically, only about half, or a little less, on average, of our new activity was contributed by PB. They did a big raid into K'luth space once, and that's why I say "on average".

As you may remember, UGTO is fighting real hard under BSS, SSC, and GTN. We had been and are making a great comeback as a faction. It was never PB's intention to stay UGTO and they made this very clear to us. Their two weeks are up and dare I say it's better this way.

Translation: Don't make me laugh Of course we'll still play. Read back in this thread for what DaMadCow said after the initial switch.

Thats the one mate.

BTW Dem. What you failed to notice was the amount of fighting that went on whilst you were not here. BIS and the eXS boys decided to do their usual mass assaults and if it wasn't for PB, Storm, and a few others, the ICC would probably have been knocking on Sol's door for the past week and a half.

And even by your rough calculations, just under one half of a factions activity is one hell of a lot of gameplay.

So Jack, in conclusion, I reckon UGTO will probably get steamrolled because the majority of people who were constantly fighting the ICC during the European and Aussie hours, have now gone to Kluth. Unless the ICC and UGTO resurrect their alliance the uggies simply do not have the manpower to stop either the massed ranks of BIS/eXS, or PB et al.

I sincerely hope this is not the case because I just want to fight as many peeps as possible. The recent upsurge in mv activity was great fun.

So anyways, bonjour the clk2000's, auf wiedersehen the flux.

...just when i was starting to have fun capping PB planets with my new fleet tag and then taunting them.

oh, and chasing down godsoldier and almost capping an UGTO planet with a hive and then SDing on UGTO during a big ICC / UGTO battle was a blast.
