Sure, If you are cloaked for more than say 5 minutes, multiple times in a battle, then you are dragging on the battle and waisting time, you will be disqualified, same goes for special curcumstances, for example:
there was an event a while back, person x vs person y in frigates, person x in the ICC frigate ran out of ammo, so he continued to point jump in-side the ring over and over pointlessly dragging on the battle, he was soon disqualified.

by beggining of battle do u mean second it starts or 30sec-2min after start cus luth specialty is bein cloaked then gettin up behind enemy and fillin dere rear full of beams....and its hard to start fight by sneaking up on their rear when ur uncloaked

Now that I look at the timings of the tournament...I suppose I have to withdraw. It's is very saddening that the time of 2 PM CST converts to 1:30 AM IST. Continuum, please remove my name from the roster. Lightbreaker, I'm very sorry that I can't fight alongside you. I'm so sorry...
