Can i alter something on my sign up post? I signed up at kluth cruiser but i resently ranked to an admiral, and i want to bring a kluth dreadnaught instead. So can i? PLZ?

Because your team, and opponents team, have not been established yet, however, keep in mind that I am placing these teams based on the ship you signed up with, not gunna do this for everyone.

Ummmm... At this rate i doubt the teams will be full by the 17th. So what happens if one team has 1 person and the opposing them has 3 or a similar situation?

ICC ships are great at medium and long range but cannon-heavy ships lack staying power due to railgun and gauss ammunition. Should I assume that there will not be any supply available that isn't on the team?

Pretty much, it's basically pointless to even try signing up with anything smaller than a Cruiser. There can't be any outside supply because it'd also repair damage along with ammo reload.
