Why would someone drop Zlyg or Zlarr's when their name is neither Zlyg nor Zlarr?

Though if you just want us to duplicate their enhancement and rename it after them, that works too.

note 1 Eclipse armor plating

Eclipse armor plating was derived from reverse engineering of UGTO's ablative and refractive armor.Rather than shedding to absorb impact of projectile weaponry.Eclipse armor is comprised of standard armor with weaves of shielding at the microscopic level that absorbs and wraps around projectile type weaponry to contain damage in a small specific area of impact reducing damage by 35%.Approximately 40% of beam damage taken is absorbed and converted to kinetic energy which is then reflected back into space.

Note 2 Cold Fusion engines

A new prototype engine that produces no heat (which reduces the weighty exhaust shielding normaly required on ships) allows for more defensive and offensive capabilites to be implemented.The cold fusion engine produces approximately 30% more power and 10 % more speed than standar IE engine.The only issue with the cold fusion engines is that upon implosion they produce excessive amount of damage to the surrounding area (approximately 125 GUs) thereby incinerating any ICC ship destroyer class or lower in said area.

Note 3 Sheild Regenerator

Shield regenerator recharges all shields at 4 times normal rate.Requires a complete shutdown of ALL shipwide systems.If attacked or interrupted by any ship movement or other activity (aboard ship only.can be repaired by others with no affect) sheild regenerator shuts down.has a 10 min cooldown before it can be reactivated.

Ship Mission

Ship was designed to counter the "Close In" tactics of the UGTO and as a counter to the K'luth Krill class ship.Plans are currently underway to assign the ship to the sag system in hopes of stabilizing and then assisting in the continued effort to move forward and release control of neighboring systems from the trannical UGTO and despicable K'luth.

At this time the position of command is currently between 2 officers,Once a decision is reached on command.The ship will be fitted out and sent to Sag Sytem immediately to commence operations.

BIO: One of the oldest active officers in the K'Luth fleet, Adm. Metanephrops declined promotion to Grand Admiral and above in order to develop and fly his unique ship: an Ultimate Carrier. Having the armor of the mighty dreadnaughts with engines to boot and berserkers always at the ready, Metanephrops travels the galaxy cloaked, looking for any targets-of-opportunity to capture for the K'Luth. He is especially fond of capturing human ships!

He is widely regarded as the first K'Luth ship captain to use and perfect the tactic of "transport rushing" a planet, foregoing combat ships in favor of carriers and using their speed and cloak to bypass as many of the enemy defenses as possible, risking loss of ships and troops. He developed his new and unique carrier just for that purpose. His once unorthodox and controversial fleet tactic is now a fairly common tactic adopted even by the humans.

(I wish the AI were capable of unloading onto enemy ships, because an elite transport is not nearly as useful without this ability)

DROP LIST: Any enhancement specifically for transports, and exhausts.

VESSEL TYPE: Carrier..."Ultimate Carrier" with the armor and engines of a K'Luth dread, 4 bombs instead of 2 (like the advanced carriers of old), the basic beams of an avanced carrier, 10 berserkers upon spawning, and maybe a generator to ensure he can remain cloaked when traveling at full speed. He should be fast since he has no offensive weaponry, and increased engines would allow it.

Only problem is the AI does not exist for this elite to do what I'd want it to do, which is attempt to capture enemy ships as well as planets. If he behaves like the rest of the AI transports then he's useless, because they seriously stink at capturing planets and are incapable of targeting and unloading on enemy ships.

It could be scripted in LUA fairly easily, and having *rare* AI be "Smarter" isn't going to strain the server since there is so few.

Ensign Harry "Bilgewater" Jones enlisted as a Hull Maintenence Technician 3rd class 5 years ago.During his first tour of duty onboard the assault cruiser Intrepid,the entire command staff was killed by K'luth boarders.With no one else willing to take charge he rallied the crew,killed the invaders then proceeded to hunt down and destroy the K'luth destroyer that had attacked them.He was immediately advanced to the rank of Ensign and given his requested assignment,to hunt down and mark all enemy ships with a locator beacon.He does his job with enthusiasm unparaelled in the ICC to this day.

Bio: Seen to command all MI. The only "human" MI also, due to the fact that a AI couldn't be "Master" of all MI which would lead to several Paradoxes, Civil War, and inevitably Destruction of the Mi. A human was chosen for this because of "Qualities" a human has that a AI can't not. Being master of all MI, the Master Node sees through all MI and is able to single handedly mass all MI to one location at once.

BIO: Mostly known as the "Space Terrorist" or the "Immortal Suicide bomber" . He got his name after accomplishing a successful suicide mission againts the kluth.. he was about to be defeated againts a kluth ambush he imidiately jumped to his objective and self destructed at the same time he escaped flawlessly unharmed and was able to destroy the kluths main commander in a battle dread explosion.
