There was something with the server(obviously), baiscly he just needs to go at the place where the server's set up and see how he can fix the stuff that's broken or whatever.

Guys I know what happened, see the Kluth invaded earth while we were playing. Unfortunately we ate all the hampsters running the servers. We are currently looking for a new species to power the servers with, until we identify such species please bare with us.
We now return you to your soap operas and reality shows.

I thought so to went all threw the client folders found one when i dbl clicked it it actually started to connect to server was doing load something or somthing like it does when you connect to the server from lobby but it didn't connect
so i don't confuse you guys i have wrote down the file path and what it says:
my computer/c/program files/palestar/gameCQ/.cache/darkspace/
then there is a folder and or icon in there that says darkspace client i dbl click that and it start trying to load the game up by says could not connect servers may be down
