oh i got plenty of Ozzy and Black Sabbath, banshee. i could play his slow songs, and go back to his Black Sabbath days.

I'm pretty sure it's the 23rd of March (Jack, Pete, Wayne?). So it seems fit to make it on a Friday night, say, 10pm GMT, which gives a little space for people of differen times zones to join.

The Staff generally hold Staff Meetings (when we have them) on Sunday(Saturday would work great) at 9pm GMT, which is 4pm EST, and I think 12 noon PST, It works well as its a weekend and the hours are fairly reasonable for everyone.
As for adding it to the Event List, while I personally (and other Staff Members) don't mind that, The R33 Memorial is not an officially Sanctioned Dark Space Event, in the past it HAS been put on the event list however it has most recently this has not been done. R33 '05 was put on the list but then removed, and R33 '06 was not put on the list at all.
Regardless, You guys hash out the details of Time/Date and just send it to any of the staff and the decision then will be made to add it to the event list.

Paul wasnt into the real heavy stuff. Even though sometimes he tolerated it on TS. My best advice is to let it go. There is a reason why we say rest in peace.

The date should be decided on by those who knew him best and could come up with a date that they would believe would follow along with his thoughts. Although, a date and time should be decided on for which the most amount of people may be able to attend.

I agree with the above.
I think it should be upto his closes friends, to decide when and where. But i still believe it should be officially sanctioned as an event. After all, theres a system named after him.
As i think i said, i never knew him personally, or played with him. But i have heard alot about him and never one thing bad, and so out of respect i would like to attend and show my respect for him
