ECM reduces your signature by 4 and makes it easier for K'luth to cloak.
ECCM
ECCM raises your signature by 4 and makes it easier for K'luth to cloak.
Cloak
The Cloaking device, a K'luth faction special, reduces your signature to 0 and makes you invisible. The more ECCM in the area, the more energy the cloaking device takes to operate and the longer it takes to cloak.
