Lots of internal changes this morning to support the new PMI (planet management interface)...

Firstly, I changed client/server code, so that you will now have up-to-date information on your current target. This means, if you target a far-away supply ship, you will immediatly receive the exact location and information on the ship. The same code applies to planets, which is important due to the next change.

Structures and units are now culled from a planet once your ship is no longer in the local area. This ultimately should make up for the speed loss due to the increased max structures.

Your current credits are display in the bottom window now.

Many more data changes and more changes to fix current bugs in the beta code and such... nothing worth describing in detail, but important.
