So, are the tranny spamming AI currently over running ICC space in the MV from the UGTO AI intended? Or is that unintentional?

pretty much all the ai spawners are wonky. (technicall term)
faustus wants to add in some profiling stats to whats getting spawned (spanwt?), and where, for any given player load
but thats strictly on an 'as time allows' basis

to all those live icc players trying to cap back the planets, dun be stupid trying to fight over a computer controlled program that send 7 trannys in one shot to land infantrys, save your efforts, dun waste your time, do it only when the program is reprogrammed to send icc ai's to capture or recapture planets. Maybe a yr or later from now, wahaha.
