just started playing this on the 18th of feb but i am atm a captain almost nxt rank and i am looking to join a highly active UGTO fleet.

Either RSM or WKA is probably your best bet for UGTO. Welcome to the game.

wow. I never knew WKA members were devs. Sarcasm aside they are right UGTO is a ghost town. However, if you want to repopulate it be my guest it needs more people right now.
