ooooh fractions yes. I saw one in a store yesterday but it was way to expensive. it said 200 euro for a fraction imported from japan, darn!
Where do you people go to get your fractions?

Super, Sometimes when a planet is being captured, the enemy will deactivate domes as a scorched earth tactic that does not take away press. Deactivating domes eliminates population and technology. This slows down the agressor.
Sometimes the agressor forgets to re-activate the domes. Thus it looks like sabo.

i just happen to imported some of these, they dont get cheap though and also not in small sizes...
but if urz cheap enough ill buy them, how about 50 euro/ gigabyte? I got some contacts in Germany that are interested
