Without them, UGTO Lost.
Then in the next patch the values were tweaked to get the balance we have now.

This did help but not by much all that has been done here is railguns have only been reduced by -5% but all other weps par fusion torps have had -10% damage thats a lot of weps per ship that have been nurfed and on a dread that equals a lot less dps

I dunno mate as well as those minor buffs UGTO armor was slightly nerfed.. sure it needs more tweaks but I don't think UGTO is far advantaged over ICC in the current version.

Without them, UGTO got mauled. Badly. Very badly. It did not matter the numbers. It was about as paper thin as Kluth but without the cloak. It didn't work very well.

The only reason UGTO has any advantage because well, they're easier to play than ICC. It gives them more players, and more numbers always wins. Sorry.

20% extra, even 25% extra, you call that a 'minor' buff? 1-7% is what I call a minor buff, above that it get's rather big time.

I would actually like to keep the status quo (meaning: ICC incredibly weak armour and damage, UTGO tanks several ships with ease with superior armour and great damage). But ICC does need extras, ICC needs strange new and useful gadgets. Think of the lines of temporary speed increase, a short boost to energy/energy recharge, having a overcharge mode like the one for shields but for almost anything, like quicker weapon recharge and quicker jump-drive recharge.

I suggest learning to read, as blunt as that sounds. All of the 'nerfs' to ICC weapons got removed, bar Railguns. Not to mention UGTO armour has been nerfed considerably back from it's +20%.

yes, UGTO ICC is very close to ballanced now.

Mostly just depends on the skill of the ICC pilot now on who will win.

That being said, there are a few ugto ships that are way over the top. Some of that is due to size(gunboat destroyer). Some is due to inequality of the other factions ships when compared to UGTO(command dread). Some is due to Repair and how it works(supply Station).

Other than this, you really have to watch out for UGTO assault ships, Assault destroyer, Torpedo Cruiser, EAD. But even these are balanced. I say that because there are ways to overcome them if you use your head.

UGTO gun-bearing ships are very equal to their ICC counterparts. Im not saying its an easy win. A number of factors will cause the ICC ship to loose. Accuracy of its weapons, limitation of its ammo, and inability to stay over 300gu away from its target just to name a few.

UGTO standard armor last was 17.5% stronger (more hp) than ICC composite when i last played. Jack says there has been another nurf to ugto armor since then, and another in beta right now.

My suggestion, go test ICC vs UGTO in beta right now. See how that works out, because all my info is from ugto having 17.5% more armor than ICC. That was a while ago, and UGTO has only gotten weaker since then.

Wrong again.

Fusion Torpedo damage reduction reverted (+10%).
Railgun damage increased by 5%.

Please, please, please read properly before making suggestions and/or posts.
