Aww, no it's not that. It's just the way you say: "You should definitely change this because its definitely wrong."
rather than "Issues with this maybe? points and peoples views etc"
Also, generally the staff and the 'lobby warriors' or individuals who never actually enter game in here will try to call you an idiot if you have any form of opinion that differs from theirs, unfortunately your going to have to get used to that as they cannot help being narrow minded.

I've been active in a few of the latest threads and I don't see the problem you're stating. Theirs plenty of people offering counter-opinions to your suggestions and not just going "lol no".

Don't worry, everybody here has their own opinion and aren't afraid to shout it out whenever they get a chance. You could be reading a thread and bam-

But yeah, never be discouraged from suggesting things, even if it's been suggested a billion times before.

biggest thing is the dev team only has so much time to fix/add things. Remember they are all volunteer and don't get paid. I think they already have their hands full atm with current revisions.

I try to consider all the scenarios I can, and I've played all the factions to see what it feels like.
I give my suggestions a lot of thought before I make a post on it, you wont see me making any posts like "LET'S HAVE A SHIP WITH A BIG FORWARD FIRING SUPER DEATH BEAM "
oh and yes, I did like some of the comments people made, they gave constructive feedback and alternatives.
It's the replies like 'No." that make me want to kick something.

There already is 2 of those anyway. The Mi have an Anti-everything beam on the Longhead and Node.
