the gcql wont start up on this computer. the error message said "failed to connect to game server" or something like that. would appreciate help.

You obviously have internet and if you have XP, your CPU can handle GCQL, GCQL doesn't require much RAM, so the problem must be with either your firewall, or your installation. First, try reinstalling, if that doesn't help, then check your firewall settings, and add gcql.exe to the exception list. A nice person visiting this thread will post the steps to do so (don't ask me, I CBA)

its working now thanks jbud. for some reason the gcql was blocked by my security centers firewall and i didnt set it to do that. but anyways thanks.
