i point jump a missle dread thats heavily dmged near me. I am also heavily dmged.
I alpha, the missle dread aims for a manual point behind me and fires missles, the missles hit me, im dead.
WTF! lol, learned to use manual targetting more from that moment

I was in a colony in MI space i servived a node and 3 longheads plus crap loads of them annoying lil cruisers made it out with 15% hull after i jumped 2 longheads jump after me and i cloak when they leave i have 0% hull and im hopeing i dont die so i built a few plats (this was back when colony had mineing beam) and rep up and go in for secounds same thing happens cept the longheads dont jump after me this same pattern continued for quit some time before i get bored and log.(during that time)spent 8-9 hours that day in MI space capped and lost a planet razed that planet with 3 inf then colected my elite inf off the planet jumped into space then logged.

not something special, but more of a 'just my lucky day...' moments.
After spending a short time killing AI because there was absolutely no-one around, I decided to capture some planets in Kaus. This proved to be difficult, as AI swarms of both UTGO and luth would pounce on my position the moment I started bombing. A UTGO player had joined and was mucking about somewhere else, and I had occasional glimpses of him in frigates.
Then I found a planet that was safe to bomb, then a second UTGO player decides to enter the game
in a station.
right next to me.
The other player activates the interdicor of the planet, and the station rips me apart.

Mine happened not too long ago. I had a defence enh Battle Dread. I jumped in where a full enh Siphon was attacking a planet and had run off a few players in small ships. As soon as I jumped in, another fully enh Siphon and a Ganglia uncloaked right on top of me. I managed to run all three off leaving them around 30% hull each, somehow. About two minutes later, someone with a full enh EAD came to back me up, and the Kluth didn't bother coming back.
