Time for me to start researching and pricing a nice i7 2600x system I was so looking forward to the Bulldozers too. The Phenom II is a good CPU and so far it looks like it's not worth upgrading to a Bulldozer.
What market are AMD trying gain with the Bulldozer anyway? It's not the gamers, they don't want that lousy performace from a CPU that's expensive for it's performance.
Keep your Phenom II for now.
