i live in a trailer so i dont have stairs. dont ask me to do it at school because it dont have any stairs either.

It depends on which foot is next in line to be used. The only effect stairs have on my walking, is more energy going into lifting myself up.

Right. I'm pretty sure that I use my right foot first almost everytime whether it's going up or down stairs... what a silly post to reply to, lol. It's not like me.

I am right handed, Drunk, sober, half awake, half asleep (and I'd bet sleep walking) I always without fail put my right foot forward 1st. Upstairs Downstairs, up the street down the street, getting IN my truck getting OUT of my truck. It just aint natural to put my left foot 1st.

hehe u trying to find out if right handed ppl are actually left footed?:)
btw: im right handed and use right foot for stairs and stepping outside the door. could be because I could write left and right handed, and was adviced to develop being right handed...i might b left handed actually, still wirte better with it lol

Real answer here:
I'm right handed, and it changes each time I start to go up/down the steps. Sometimes it's left, sometimes it's right, all depends on the gate of my walk (It tends to change after a day of work/not working).
