yep, its the rp for sure. You come in game, start the rp, and I basically forget you are anything but ai.
If you have to be ordered to do something by me, you are going to be sitting there a while. I dont play that way.
As for getting the fleet population up, just be patient. Back in .482, it took a whole week for Wolf to get enough members for a forum, and the game had numbers than like now. The most important thing you as a leader can do is play the game, show you are a capable leader or at minimum a cool dude people wanna hang with. Starting a fleet isnt usually best done by somebody with a few months under their belt. Face time. You need to be seen doing, than people will follow.
