The kluth thing was a joke. Buy for real, since ICCU nevers does anything. I figured we could use a real navy. Instead of the inactice mess we have problems with.

An inactive fleet by any other name, is still a inactive fleet. You could call it a navy, an armada, or even a stellar empire.
If nobody plays, all your grandiose ideals are still worth nothing.
Before you go on about ICCU, let's see how your Confederate Navy builds itself up and takes over the MV. Give or take 3 months, eh?

I always thought that fleets were just part of a faction's navy. FS is just a corp within the Confederate Navy. RSM is just a corp within the UGTO Navy. The....hell whoever the luth are nowdays, are just part of the K'Luth Navy.
This is the difference between how we see the game, in a large way. This is the division between fleet rivalries and fleet cooperation. How you see the role of a fleet.
GTN is one of the oldest fleets in the game, but in all honesty I never understood the name. No disrespect intended.
