how can i report some one who as killed me with friendly fire?

It is also good to take screenshots of the event for evidence.

Yes. Use /report either in-game or in the lobby as soon as possible, with the location, who did the shooting, what server it was on, and any other relevant details. Reports are saved and time-stamped, so reporting it as soon as possible lets us find the appropriate game logs more easily.
For those that get shot at: Please do report these kinds of incidents. It makes our job easier, and even if there isn't a staff member around to respond right away we can check the logs after the fact and take action.
For those that think they can get away with friendly fire: It is against the rules of conduct, it is recorded in the logs. Don't do it.

there was a guy who deliberatly killed me but im not gonna report it cause i dindt take a screen shot but i wont tolerate it anymore.
