Again this bug happened today, Hubaloo was sending me 2 adv def upgrades , he jettisoned both because he was unable to transfer them to my ship, the first one neither of us could see and was lost, the second luckily didnt and i could load it.

Completely exiting both the game and GCQL then reloading fixes both issues every time for me. Best to do this before trying to transfer enhancements, otherwise you risk not being able to log back on before the 2 minute timeout.

It's a question to me. I have read the developent log, I wonder how come this bug appears when it didn't rise in 1.5 and no developer did touch the code on this section.
Or someone did change the code and the action couldn't be reversed.

try right clicking then enhancements when your clicked on someone it unloaded it onto them for me
