You should always go with 64-bit when your CPU supports it (which it does). That version of Windows will NOT work also, as it is meant to be installed on a computer that already has a Windows operating system.

This is your best bet:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116754

It will install on a fresh machine, and it is 64-bit meaning it can support any amount of RAM that your motherboard can support (which is 16GB)

As for RAM I would like to reiterate that you need to overclock to achieve that speed (1600mhz) for best results, you should use the fastest supported ram of 1333mhz, and again, filling each ram slot will give you the best performance. If you would like to go with 8GB, I reccomend this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145279

Sorry if this brings you over your 500 dollar limit, however, you should save a few bucks buying that version of windows instead of what you linked before...

If I may make a recommendation, the Antec 300, 600, or 900.. They are good cases for under a hundred bucks.. It may be more than the case you wanted, however, they have great airflow, and lots of room for expansion.

I myself own an Antec 300.

I left two RAM slots open on my motherboard. I don't know what the performance different is between filling four slots as opposed to two but I figured I may want to add more later on.

Something for you to think about.

if your planning on doing same build;

1. Power connectors to mobo too short to drop down mobo tray fully while connected

2. Non-modular PSU is a pain

3. Nowhere to hide cords

4. no wire covers means dust central.

Ill post more pics when its done, and im satisfied with PSU cord cleanup

First off. You have a nice case there.
I love the looks of the Blackstorm.

1) Small matter. You don't open the thing all the time. But a modular PSU with long cables may help.

2) I hear ya right there. My PCP&C Silencer 750 is a complete mess around the casing. Too many loose cables.

Modular FTW, Modular on my next build.

3) My Antec 900 fares no better in that aspect. I actually had to hide and duct tape the loose cables in the space between the mainboard tray and the right side panel. LOL.

Thank God for Duct Tape.

4) Same crap here. No filters. My casing might as well be a Hoover. A Hoover without a dirtbag that is. I've given up on cleaning my parts and just let the dust settle on everything in there.

I only put the vacuum cleaner to the CPU HSF perhaps once a month to clear it out.

How are you going to keep your CPU cool with that dinky little heat sink? You should have gotten a manly heat sink like this one.
