Running 64bit version of windows? then this will happen all the time.
Our main programmer (Faustus) hasn't got a 64bit windows running yet. So we know about the 64bit problem, but he can't reproduce and in turns fix it.
If this is on 32bit then please submit a support ticket or send a e-mail to bugs@palestar.com..
