Died in my Krill yesterday. In garage it showed all enhancements were gone, including my Thari's. Scrapped it.
Wish I hadn't. Apparently there is a bug. I had the same thing happen to my Siphon. Built a new one yesterday, threw def enhances on it. Went in shipyard today. Since I have two Siphons, I wanted to make sure I spawned the right one. One showed zero enhances, the one I spawned and enhanced yesterday and havent died in once.
When I spawned it, all enhancements appeared as they should on the ship.
So, I am guessing I did not in fact lose my Thari's on death yesterday ( or the other enhancements that had around 12 dura remaining). Keep this in mind if your ship looks like it has lost them in the spawn screen. It's probably just a bug.
(on a side note, if there is a way to get my Thari's returned, I'd appreciate it. It was an event reward. If not eh, oh well. Never liked it on my Krill anyways.)

Enhancements not showing in garage seems to be pretty common lately, I usually notice it on a ship I've just docked or just had blown up. Hell, sometimes the ship itself won't even display in my garage if it's just docked/died and I have to relog or launch then dock a different ship for it to show.

I'd love to buy an unique enh which can sensor player's chat for 5 minutes every time I use.
