Just letting everyone know we had another unexpected shutdown of the server around 3AM this morning. This crashed the DB tables which prevent everything from just coming back up after the reboot.

Anyway, I put in a ticket with our ISP about the system stability. Good chance we may have more downtime to move to a new server or replace faulty hardware in the near future.
