Proton Cruise Missile (PCM)
Faction: Humans
Damage Type: Energy & Kinetic
Replacements: PSM
Characteristics
Minimum Range: 275 ~ 300 Gu
Maximum Range: 7150 ~ 8400 Gu
Blast Range: 60 + (level *1) Gu

It's just as strong as it should be.

It's not easy to capture a planet with a lone MD when there is a TC or Siphon around.
When you do it in fleet and nobody to protect, it's effortless all the way.

The one just under it is PSM.

Bomber Cruisers can glass planets in two, three runs. I'm thinking bombs are a little too powerful right now... lol. I liked the targeted system where you had to specifically aim for a planet's structures.

yeah ive also seen a clavate of all things take down a planet in one (suicide) run.

the inability of planets to repair themselves is a pretty big issue too. youd think a fully built colony would have some repair and maintenance teams around?

suggestion:

A) reduce bomb damage, cause omg

B) if a planet has a colony hub it is able to repair itself. destroying the colony hub takes out a planets selfrepair ability.

factories increase a planets repair ability

engineers should still be much better at it.

I believe we all know new planets are on the developing progress. Only when it comes to game, we can tell whether it's strong or not.
If you have to clean a planet in order to capture it, then PSM is ok.

PSM is not all good. After you capture the planet, you have to rebuild and repair. Yep more pres, but I don't like 20s bombing and 20 minutes rebuilding.
