appear to have been buffed quite a bit. granted its sort of balanced in that using them tends to get you a useless hunk of rock afterwards, but still. a little too easy to utterly destroy a planet at the moment.

It's not just PSM, mirvs do it too. I was cloud bombing a planet with what I thought were Neutrons to take down pop/tech and noticed it's number of structures went down as well as the population, I looked at my bombs and noticed they were mirvs. Neutrons/mirvs also kill troops now just by hitting a planet with them and not targeting the inf stacks individually.

I'm going to guess this is a side effect of the new MI death ray.

Actually no.

What we need is to give the Ganglia new missiles.

I hope the Devs will tweak the Ganglia to give it more heavy and planetary assault missiles. That will define its role as a support dread.

Honestly, 3 out of 5 K'luth dreads share the same purpose. They're assault dreads. The Mandi, Siphon, and Krill.... they do the same thing albeit in different ways and styles.

Don't ask me what the Brood is for. I have no idea what to do with it.

To build in style with, obviously.

MiRVs do good damage lately, yes. I've also not noticed any desync with them anymore: whenever my MiRVs impacted yesterday, damage was immediate. I love it.

no, what we need is bombs that dont glass planets because its already too damn easy to take them.

I love my Little Kamikaze PSM pilot's.

They board the missile, knowing there about to be shot into a planet or PD.

Don't nerf them ='[

I've bombed/capped several planets and noticed that none of them shot at me if I was using ECM, even if my signature was positive, unless I attacked a ship of the same faction as the planet, landed bombs on the planet (just launching them wouldn't make the planet attack) or flew close enough to the planet to be in the "see you no matter what" range of 200 GU or so.

Unsure if this is a result of the AI cap mentioned by one of the devs that makes them go dormant if too many are around or if it's yet another result of the MI deathray being added.

We may have snuck some tweaks into the way bombs affect planets to alieviate some issues with the way players perceive latency in the bombing system. We also fixed an issue with the way AOE damage was being delt to planets (which may have been why in some small situations damage was being done to the planet, but not structures).

May have...

They also may have been slightly overcooked.

Again, may have...

More feedback 'n' testing please.

PCM AOE = too big, or damage = too high. or both.

Erm... Proton cruise missiles.
Heavy missiles?

They're supposed to be hard hitters, are they not?

What about UGTO, we want long range bombardment material other than having the Aggy, a ship in which i love but using fighters that get munched unless in a swarm.

Propose a new ship for Uggies to bombard from afar with
