Can't swap it out in place of Ion Tracker or Phoenix.

asked this at the time of new layouts, a dev siad they would look into it but still isnt fixed

When the missiles where implemented the Raptor Missile only got added halfway.
They are on Drafell's TODO list. I will try to get a hold of draff and ask him to fix the missile, or delegate the task so it can get added.
