What are the best end result for barrens now that them ining thing is in effect

depends if the barren is near a binary star system, if the barren got 20 or 19 fields-rings etc...
depends how much resources the barren should produce etc...
EDIT: try it yourself, you got enough planets in sag for test-builds .p

there is no any one best build. it just depends on what purpose you want the planet to serve, where it is, what resources it has available to it, and even what's going on at the moment and what might happen in the near future must be considered
