will thare be something impemented that would stop plp from spamming stuff outta thare grage?

the fact that the more ships he or she spams, obviously the times hes been killed or has been forced off the field from heavy damage.

(increase death penalties!)

i have 7 blue modded ships in my garage (which are good in most situations) and it süx to remove em, when you want play another faction and deleting always the last one to spawn another one (eg switch to a smaler/bigger/with dictor/support/scout/distant-combat/close-combat... ship to react to the enemy /current fleet-needs)

maybe dont increase the garage in general, but make a garage for each faction

Myself and I am sure others would spend more credits modding if we could fit the ships in our garages without having to scrap other ships to do it.

What it all boils down to is this. We want to spend more money, gunna let us?

Jim already said the developers are looking into permitting us more shipyard space. I think it'd be interesting, and not at all troubling: those who use money to purchase more garage slots don't need to be hit with "balances"; they're using real life money that others would be too cheap to use, and that's worth some favour of itself.

'sides, it's not like a single ship'll tip the scales that much.

What would the starting price be and what's the increment amount?

We're still working on determining the exact cost, but initial price is liable to be a few thousand credits, increasing by a few hundred per slot.

Note: these are vague preliminary amounts. They may or may not be changed completely by the time the system is implemented.

don't push it to far. you might end up not getting many buyers at all if you take to much for things. and then you still dont get enough cash.

rather take a little from many then alot from few.

extra ship slots, while nice to have, still isnt important enough to warrant "a few thousand credits".

you still need to keep the cost down below what it cost to mod a ship with all blue enhancements. if it costs more then that then its cheaper (even in the long run) to just delete and remod.

and no, increasing the costs of enhancements would just be shooting yourself in the foot.
