maybe planets should get a missile silo def base that launches like a super-hvy missile.(tier 3 def base.... mmmhhh )

Does any one know if the Sabot Rocket will also be looked at and hopefully be changed or replaced with a new model?

Planets will probably lose missiles in favour of dumb projectiles.

WOW some one actually looked at the DS-Database and found numbers that are clearly lable "! All New missile value's are subject to change !"
You all, take a look your self. This is what i have been working on from time to time, when i have the motivation.

I try to update the Specs when i can, and some information is kept vague or missing just because there hard to give a number on.

| Hail the SABOT.
With the introduction of the new missiles, SABOT has no longer a place among them. But we always considered the SABOT to be a black sheep. The plan is to introduce the SABOT to ICC as a alternative to the Fusion Torpedo, but that is currently still the "Idea", no concrete decision yet.

I am an firm believer that differnet factions usually develop different means of propulsion, deliverance, and active warheads on missiles. After all, they keep their secret of how they develop their own weapons and what their advanages are.
Let's say... ICC develops an long range, interstellar Singularity Torpedo that could travel over 5,000 GU. That would mean their ways of detecting objects and hazards around them should also be stronger then their counter part UTGO.
But the UTGO has developed much more powerful means of damaging their enemy. Maxiumn Volicity Missile (MV Missile) that is developed to deal large amount of damage with Shield pentration, but only has an range of range of 800 GU.
While then, the Kluth develop an new missile type that incorperates their cloaking abilities, so their missiles are silent and you never know what hits ya when they come.
You see what I mean? Missiles, Style of Ships, and Ways they run should bring an unique feel to their class. They shouldn't all be just almost the same type of missile with an skin in my opinion.
