recently i tried to play on scenario and a certain player (not naming names) locked two flag planets at fleet admiral and went AFK at the same time leaving both planets vulnerable to capping as they were only just starting to be built.
This is a bad problem that causes lots of Aggro and i'm wondering if a system could be implemented where only a player can lock one planet because this has been causing some people serious annoyance and it costs people press because that selfish player just decided to lock two or three planets in a cluster.

Another variation of your request is : WE WANT AI ENGYS BANNED!!
Well...cuz the primary reason of locking in scen is to stop AI engineers from spamming buildings.

Another system of locking may be based on construction points AND prestige a player has. Something like...this:
[+]/100. Whatever comes from this is averaged to 25 point scale. A planet locked by a payer who has 78 points can be built by a player who has more than 75 points of the given equation.
*Picks up his architect chart* Cheers.

this happened yesterday...i had the planet locked, someone higher than me came through unlocked and then locked it again. took the whole system and locked them then sat and built up one planet leaving the rest to just die...

it helps when the sides play as a team. There were 6 planets, 4 engies and only 1 of the engies could do anything.

Oh well though, tis a game.

all I ever lock is the planet I am working on if I am in scenario, in the MV on the other hand, I will lock them all if I remember to do so. It prevents saboteurs, and I will lock them all if I see someone in an engiee that I don't trust (aka unfleeted). Some players are not so friendly in scenario and will lock them all and just build on the one, they are idiots and should be shot on site. Yes I mean to TK them, if they are paying attention they will say something about it and you can then tell them to Unlock said planets.
