A) shouldnt 2 cruisers put a pretty good dent in a dread, no matter which faction is shooting which?
B) SS has plenty of beams at close range. on its own no prolly not going to take down a dread but should be plenty able to survive an attack by a single one, and should be able to hurt someone who dares to get close.

Mandible has way more fire power than the SS up front, hell almost every dread does. Stations are meant to support, not fly up and kill everything in sight.

yes, but, its ONE mandy versus an ICC station. i dont think id take my AD against a hive solo.

Maybe that is exactly the issue you have here.
You dont think they SHOULD be able to, so you dont expect anyone to pounce your SS, the same as you would apparently never expect to do so yourself.

Lark, it's a known problem. But I think we are all more then educated enough to know whats the first approach to any problem in Dark Sapce. Making posts about it will only give the trolls something to do.
Just wait for the game to start hemorrhaging its player base again, they'll start doing something about it then. Hell, that's about the only way for it to get through to them.
