Sorry FC, going to steal a bit of your first post so people can see the changes without scrolling halfway down.

This is just a test and may not make it into release.

Current issues:

1) Bonus is being applied to charge rate and not charge amount.
2) Some misc issues with shield swapping.

Issue 1 will be fixed next beta release.


Things requiring testing:

1) Usability in combat. It's not designed to be used in combat, and I don't want to see it being used in combat except in perhaps last-ditch attempts.
2) Recharge time out of combat after battles.


Things requiring feedback:

1) Hotkey usage (is the current toggle mode ok?).
2) Bonus/Penalty harshness.

tested it its okay i guss but thare needs to be a easyer intrface then hitting Ctrl-s so meany times to confuseing

so far testing with Fatal Command i noticed that in combat with an ad vrs an HC in defence mode. i noticed having no issues with power vrs the shield recharge, while running full speed and spaming space bar. i really need a test it vrs say a ugto ship or luth any takers?
