Don't put me in u'r lists ya buggers, I am just following ya'll in to battle so I can steal ya kills. And as to sacrificing myself to allow my brothers to escape - screw that - ya'll just keep jumping out without telling me lol. 
On so many levels I would have Smartin on the top of the list ... but he doesn't play anymore. As far as luth goes anyone I would mention has already been mentioned. Though I recognise a circle of vets and a couple of new comers who just gel well together regardless of fleet and we each recognise one another as we come online.
Those that give me a sense of security when they call my wing -
Maxie, Az, Red Dragon, Silent, Pak, Thuggie and El
Each one has repeatedly thrown ships in the line of fire to get me out of self made messes and performs at very high levels in all areas of teamwork.
For UGTO SteveyK is by far the standout for me, if you take the lead he will follow you into hell and make sure you get out first.
It's not a post about who's the best player, but who will stand by u and not be distracted by something shiny, or ever leave you out to hang when they knew they could have lead better.

Most of the people that are in destroyers and Suppy ships are nice wingmen since there'll always be there to either help damage a target or suppy you.

In all seriousness thanks for the kind words. I would say my best wing man I have ever flown with is Sauur, but man we worked at it. A lot.
Other greats ones:
Crim - was always a blast. This guy will fight to 3 hull everytime with you.
Ent - A mastermind behind a cruiser.
Coeus - Crazy but a good crazy.
Doran - You're not going to die when he is supping.
Nim - One of the best pilots I believe to grace this game.
Jolesman - Mostly because back in the day we use to sit next to each other and bait ships into traps all time.
Jack - This guy had his own Kill diary in the forums. Ruthless and very good at seeing the entire battle field.

As far as wingmen goes. Anyone that was from the original set up of Raven when it first formed.
Then Id have to go with my fleet mates in *RSM*, then theres Riley, Coombie, Phakos, Coeus, Thrie the Tiger, and finally R33.
