can someone please explain how this works?
ive sd over 20 times trying to get these points.. ive even SD and killed a station with my station and still i get nothing.

If i recall correctly you only gain kamikaze points when you do damage to the individual that killed you.
Really hope that this can get changed, but when i tried to get a couple people interested to make a point out of this. no one seemed to be interested..

Kamazize points are earned when you either self destruct or exploded from being killed and you damage the enemy or enemys ships.
Most of the Kami points I earned as Taelron were from being in the middle of an enemy fleet, no way to jump out, so I'd dock with or time it right and fly under the biggest cluster of enemy ships while in SD timer mode.
The SD and destruction blast radius use to be much larger. If you could affect atleast 4 other ships, you'd earn more pres than you'd loose. Current math shows no matter what, you loose pres, but if you can damage the enemy you loose less than just simply dying.
Note, Kami, when it does work, only gives you points for HULL and system damage, not armor or shield damage...

They're only earned if you either self destruct or explode from being killed and your explosion causes damage which kills an enemy ship. Just damage doesn't count; your damage must kill someone for you to get kamikaze for it.

and my death kills little pple around me all the time!!! enemies mind you
and no points

Actually shig I did some testing when kamikaze was active, it just gives you points for every bit of hull you damage when exploding, killing them or not.

Can you Devs and Mod-what-sits make up your Mind:
Does Kamikazeing Points kick in After being shot by someone and blowing up and hurting them or just S/ding under someone and Hurting them (Hull ONly)?
