That seems a bit selfish.

Selfish - I don't think so.
I just find responses to the general forums to be disappointing from some players through to some greens at times.
Hence: I'll keep my thoughts and opinions on tactics for my fleetmates and friends if that's OK?

No! it's NOT okay! sheesh, how do expect others to play without being told everything?? You actually expect them to LEARN how to play on thier own? How DARE you! You are such a selfish person...
Here's how you do it. Hit Ctrl+D twice then wait 15 seconds and you will have unlocked the the ultimate pinging cheat code for the game.
Sauur, I can't believe you wouldn't share this.. such a typical Kluth.

the icc scout is capable of turning 44o (or close to) on the heading indicator,. whereas the UTGO scout is capable of 27o. and thats with Dark blue exhaust on the utgo one

ya its called armor, something your ships have to deal with. ICC ship has no armor and just shields which weigh nothing.

ICC scout also has sensors.. whereas the UTGO assault corvette does not..
I also believe the UTGO scout should be less nimble than their icc counterparts,. but atm you can literally run rings around the utgo scout with an icc one.
44o ICC
compared to 27o utgo... (with blue exhaust)
ok fair enough you guys have shields.. but you also have at least 2x sensors minimun on all of ya scouts (not including the bomber corvette which didn't get updated)..
a bit of a FYI: the UTGO frigate turns 17o,. not bad in comparison to our scout,.

Please check how these ships compare in beta as it has the latest mass revisions. The changes to turning that are in the current release were NOT ready to go live, even though they resulted as part of another fix. However, we had some other important updates that we needed to issue at the time.
The regards to the problems, look at the turn rate of Destroyers when compared to Dreadnoughts. They are far too low, and turn like bricks in comparison. As a result, I have had to re-balance the mass-to-hitpoint ratio for armor, which will also result in faster acceleration and deceleration for all ships.
Armor has also had it's native mass removed. Previously it was a default 1 unit + hitpoint_mod, now it is purely based on the HP mod, where as ALL shield generators mass at 1 unit. As a side-note, and due to this, auxiliary power generators mass more than a shield generator.
