ok, so heres the problem

i was playing around in the beta senerio server about half an hour ago as of this post, and i noticed that the shipyard "workers:" and "power:" values said different things in different places.

what i mean by that is, when i was about to build a shipyard on a planet it said that it would require 75 workers, and 40 technology. after i built the sy i clicked on it and it said that it was using 40 workers, and 75 tech.

when i noticed this i checked some other structures and they had the workers, power and all that stuff displayed the same on the planet as in the build menu.

im no building expert but im pretty sure its messed.

is it, or do i just need to stick to combat???
