These now replace the useless sabot rockets with 4 fusion torps.

These are CRAZY FUN!!
The range is abit short, 500gu. and u can't run both ECM for very long. But u can sneak into enemy orbit and assinate engi/suppys/damged ships, before ur get found out. Very kluth.

I'm assuming this is beta?

four torps is pretty crazy ass, but I assume it makes up for the lack of cloakability. Seems an odd diversion from the long-range nature of ICC, but then again if ever you're going to experiment with a new design philosophy you'll do it with the smallest/cheapest portion of your fleet.

For those that play metaverse - does this make the ship anymore useful? I can see it still only being used in scenario

That said....if we still had control over our own ships we could've made this ourselves :/

seriously '07 was the bomb. friggin fitting your own ships different types of resources, credits so you actually felt like you earnt the stuff you had. I just cant complain enough about this.

I've been playing a lot with ICC scouts and so far my two favs are the stealth scout, and the recon scout as far as general usefulness goes. I can't seem to find any love for the bomber scout though, but heavy rail guns on the sensor scout seem to make it a decent alternative for killing light ships.

UGTO's assault corvette is fun aswell, tho not that different in the layout. its still a mix between torps and p-cannons.

tho they got a mini missile ship to in the long range scout

think it has 3 or 4 missile banks now xD

I prefer the Sensor corvette with two ECCMs, though I do put on ECMs when there are no Kluth around. Since it uses 2 heavy railguns, 1 normal, 1 torp, and 1 laser, it makes it easier to hit from a distance than the stealth corvette. The torps are too easy to dodge, the railguns aren't that easy.

Aside from the Sensor corvette, I also use the Recon scout to make a nuisance of myself when the Kluth Krill swarms show up. ECCMs and beacons.

these scouts are fun (yet not so easy to play as you die by dread/station nearly instantly if they manage to unload aplha on you)

definitely a worthy addition to fray (sniff beacon where is beacon as gadget

Nope, those two cruiser torps do the same ammount of damage as the scout's four torps. That, and the scout ONLY has torps.

I cant give you exact numbers, but notice that the torps on scouts are called 'fusion torps' or whatever, and the cruiser ones are 'proton torps' or whatever, they're a different kind of torpedo, same has having a railgun then a heavy railgun

This is exactly what we had in mind for it. Glad to see it getting put to good use.
