Does that need to be submitted as a bug? It's been around for as long as I can remember; it's common knowledge now right? The arc bug has also been around a really long time. Too long.

Uhhhh.... What exactly would a screenshot show? That there's a ship icon on your F2 map which is completely ordinary? Lol... A screenshot can't capture that bug... And like Sparkle pointed out, it is a very well known bug. I haven't exactly burst out with some random, unheard of bug that no one's ever heard of and now they're all going to suddenly take advantage of it. You don't even have to do anything out of the ordinary to accidentally take advantage of the bug...

If the enemy ship which is on F2 screen doesnt appear on enemy list, that could explain the bug! uhhhh!

hmm. well, played on icc and ugto cruisers last week. HC does seem more survivable now, dont know about the dreads.
I do like the new ShipHandling/Acceleration physics. Turn rate of 14 for HC, and 10 for the ugto BC.

Ugto is still ugto. I can't really tell if the new EMP buff is working.

no sure if any saw but beta has curbed Shld to 10-15% energy resistance now.

Can anyone in kluth tell if the new Chitinous Armor buff is working?

Well as it seems you are able to reproduce this over and over you could easily record this in fraps in a 20 second movie highlighting the issues you mentioned and submit it. No need to be ignorant and you expect to think everyone is aware of it, and think of joe bloggs can submit it instead because you cant be arsed. Yeah very smooth.

Yep it works quite well, regens alot faster than before.

thats kinda the problem tho, UGTO doesent have much of anything to counter those 22 missiles WITH other then to chicken out and run away

ICC got all those toys.

if UGTO gets stuck defending a planet those pulse beams and pulse waves more or less nullifies everything UGTO can throw at them making those 2 tools alot more valuable offensivly then defensivly.

You can easily hull a MD with fighters alone, they start shooting about 1.2k out every 3~ seconds, if ICC are camping; its very easy to chip away at those shields, even out of missile range.
