The BIS trading and development Department have a suggestion for all Fractions, Clans, and privateers currently in MV.
There have been some confusion on how to get an perfect system running as all can see on the MV navigation and status map the only system that actually have been running smooth and making credits for BIS have been the Ross 148 System.
BIS have had the Ross 148 system under management since the 1.3 incident and we will continue to do so.
Now we fell its time for BIS to share some of our know-how and goods .
BIS offer to open up the Ross 148 system for trade with all fractions clan’s and privateers same time give you the opportunity to study how planets should be run and build.
This will soon be followed by the Free publishing of the currently top-secret “BIS Building And Trading manual.”
With a free trade zone we mean and no fighting zone from 1000 – 2000 GU from the entrance gate to Ross 148.
No fighting inside the trade zone.
Bombing of the planets or trying to gain them or any trading privileges will be revoked.
BIS will for there part turn off any defenses and jump disruptors inside the system.
BIS will patrol the system on regular basis to make sure that this doesn’t happen and the punishment for breaking the rules will be sever and swift to whatever clan fraction or Privateer that breaks them.
Every Clan and fractions honor should be at stake if any breaking of the rules for moving in the Ross system get broken and we urge that you should take action yourself if no BIS official is present.
For BIS to take this step opening up trading and development in the Known galaxy.
all clan leaders have to agree on this terms and sign under this message.
