I think every ship should get a temporary "Happy Anniversary" Enhancement that scrolls a streamer out of the tail of your ship whenever The person is within 1000gu of you that says "Happy Anniversary %anniversary_date year Old %name".
This would be a cool enhancement for everyone anniversary day too you know...
