Well JBud, I just may take you up on this. Let me think on this for awhile and I may just submit for everyone's pleasure an event, with rules and everything...
JBud having a playdate is not the same as having a palestar sanctioned event...
But lets see if I can come up with an idea and rules and all that good stuff...

Only reason it wasn't listed as an event is because I cannot actually list the events yet in the upcoming events page... So, on the spot events aren't announced on the system ([EVENT]Whatever - Event is starting NOW...)But an event can happen any time, doesn't need to have prizes and doesn't need to be listed, it's the fun times in the Metaverse

Failing that with the current playerbase; organization is necessary to accumulate enough players to make it worthwhile.

I think you missed the fact that I cannot post these events myself.
And most staff don't jump at the opportunity to post them... I may be able to get one posted fast if the right person were online, but, I do good at attracting attention in the metaverse. I can throw together a battle arena with no event listing.. I can get a few friends together and do something eventful... The big events happen, and the little ones happen...

Nothing to do with posting an event; it has to do with getting players together through any method, and as it is; there aren't that many around in a given time to throw up a spontaneous event. Given few hours or even a day's notice might work, but not off the bat.

Okay, posts just keep mysteriously disappearing so I will save some peoples time and just close this thread... When the time comes and more planning is done, the King of the Hill event may yet run, but currently this thread is not about the King of the Hill event anymore so, locked.
