Sorry, but beta is not your personal game, it is a testing ground for new ideas and patchs.

| I to am wondering how the Pirates and MI changed.
But so far i know only myself and Frob had the chance to try them out before 1.5 was released. nothing worthwhile + keep in mind, player layouts may be different from AI layouts
and about the dreads.. thank god with only one planet capable to spawn stations, i'd rather not have AI dreads around to pwn me in to submission.

my recent experience with the pirate account when we had those prizes, was a good learning experience about how not ready the faction is to be in-game. a dev really needs to crack down on the NPC ship layouts.

I, for once, agree with Delta, beta is here to test and change things, unless dreads are specifically needed to test in a beta environment then they shouldn't be there.
Also if he only plays beta, QQ, Beta is beta, the real game is alpha, if he can't access it that's not Darkspaces fault and shouldn't need to bend to his will.

No one can access Alpha, Release however...
t500 enjoys the game, and like many others, he cannot afford to play, but unlike the others, he
doesn't just lobby camp or wreak havoc in the forums, he plays the game, that's dedication IMHO, even
though it may be the beta because he can't pay a subscription...
I did see him in release during the trials, and I also saw many many many players who you don't see
when trials are in-active, including Deltaflyer and I believe even yourself Slinki, you're all
freeloading alike, so stick together instead of bashing eachother.
Bashing him because he is unsubscribed is unfair and hypocritical on your part and Delta's... In-Fact
Delta himself should retract his statement since the only reason for him signing up for my event is
that it is in beta, and he is unsubbed.....
'nuff said'

I wasn't "bashing him". There is nothing personal mean't in my statement and I resent the fact you think that, why should beta bend to the will of one person, why use extra resources in giving someone who cannot afford the game the time to play for free.
If there is testing to be done, then bring on dreads, go for it, enjoy it, but Darkspace is a game, it requires money, and like every other game, company, etc you cater for those who can afford it, not for one individual who cannot.

He is making a valid request. Though it is only his boredom of the newbie server, it is only a request.
You guys are taking this request like it's a demand and you've gone too far, leave the poor kid alone.. We don't know why he can't sub, we shouldn't question it...
You want a porpose?
I need to test the dread balance, and rarely have an opponent to fight against when I test in beta. AI while not as smart as humans can provide me with a rough idea of the balance.
You say this game requires money, and I know you don't want this to be personal but, look at yourself and ask when you last subscribed. You do know that the forums, and the lobby both require money to run..... [ This Message was edited by: JBud on 2009-04-09 11:24 ]

If you require dreads then fine, I am sure if you read my posts that I said if you require them then have them, but from what it seems it was one person asking for dreads for no reason and he got told no, and then after that you and others made it personal.
And I stopped subscribing because I'm at college, I'm putting my money to somewhere better spent, and I have subscribed myself and many others before, so don't go there.

You have seen no Staff approve it either.
Thread locked as it's pointless to allow this to continue.
