What if each faction-team stars off in their own home system and ends the race in an enemy home system? They'll have to face "traps" along the way like Shig suggested.
Or same home system starting point and all of the teams finishing the race in Proc server? This way you'd have loads of ships shooting you(MI, Kluth, ICC, UGTO) ^^.
PS I didnt read all the posts. Sorry if anyone else said it before  .
One more thing. How are you gonna counter the fact that Kluth can stay cloaked all the way and finish the race without getting any damage? You cant tell them not to cloak cause their armour is too weak.

This sounds messy. People who wont participate this event may confuse event players with none event players . So i am just telling , you cant expect everyone to read this thread and memorize every team member who is going to be in event. So if our path cross near some jump gate, or you cross into a minefield, or u get dictored by a player, dont bitch about it. if we get attack by someone near jump gate from an event player accidently we will return fire...
