Build... thats all i can say... i made Vice Admiral from 0 pres in 1 months sub(granted that was 483) HOWEVER... in the past two weeks i made 10k to get to fleet admiral and VA is 10k so im makin pres twice as fast as in 483...

Pretty sure someone made FA in a week back in 1.480...
any speed ranking in .483 is pretty much moot because of all the bugs in that version...

walker of shadows, easy ways to get prestige: hunt trannies and gaifens and entites; supply and build. capping and bombing gets prestige in quick too.
